Acne is a common skin disease, clogged with oil and dead skin cells, the pores of the skin occurs.
The remedies are:

* Eating green leafy vegetables, carrots, celery, cucumbers, cold water marine fish and brown rice.

* Avoid or eliminate sugar, fried foods, dairy products (especiallywith sugar) and caffeine.

* Give yourself a facial skin with avocado or raw honey.

* Wash your face with warm water twice a day with soap, then alternately hot and cold

Eczema is a generic term for a group of diseases, the cause of the inflamed or irritated skin from scaling, itching and blisters. Eczema can be caused by an excess of saturated fat, cold, and detergents.
The remedies are:

* Eat cold waterFish (eg salmon) contain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

* Avoid fruit juices, spicy foods, fatty foods, sweets and citrus.

* Apply cucumber with raw honey or vinegar to the irritated skin.

* The use of gloves when using chemicals or detergents.

Dry skin is the result of poor nutrition, dehydration, low thyroid function, or soap and chemical exposure.
The remedies are:

* Increase water intake

* Avoid moisturizers with mineral oil, aPetrochemical that is used in many skin care products.

Mineral oil blocks the pores and dries out the skin.

* The application of olive oil or coconut oil for your skin and use in the kitchen

* Create a mask for face and body with half a banana or an avocado and apply on face for 15 minutes.
